I started using BetonUSA.com back in March for the NCAA tourney. I got up 150 bucks and decided to walk away. I called the customer service center and requested a check around the middle of March. On the 20th I still hadn't received my check so I called and they said that the computers were down and that my check had not been processed and to wait 4 to 7 days and I would recieve my check. I called back on the 24th and I was told that it was sent out "last week". I was told to wait another seven days and to call back if I hadn't received it. I then called back on April 1 and asked about my check. I was told that it was sent out March 29th and I should receive it within 4 days.I asked them why each time I called I was told a different date in which it was sent and I was told that there was an error in accounting. On April 5th i called back and was told that they didn't know why I hadn't received the check. I was told for a 15 dollar fee they could FedEx a payment to me. I declined. April 9th, I call again still the same old story. Later that day I emailed Craig Lewis the manager
Here is his response;
Hi Allen,

I am very sorry for the problems you have encountered. I feel really bad for the stories that you were told. There was a problem with the check files as the cashier might have told you which did delay things. If the casheir told you the check was mailed, then I am sure you will reveice it next week. If you do not receive it by next week, please email me directly at admin@betonusa.com and mention ticket #xxxx. I will have them put a stop payment and send you the money either Neteller or FirePay if you like.

On 4-12 I contacted Bill Dozer from sportsbookreview.com. He went to bat for me and contacted them that day. I kept in touch with him every few days and on 4-20 he convinced them to do a neteller deposit so I could received my money. On 4-21 I had the money in my account. The next day I received a check from BetonUSA.com. The date on the check was 4-19-04. They had lied the entire time. I want to thank Mr. Dozer for his hard work and also let everyone know that BetonUSA.com is not a site that I would recommend they lie and decieve their customers. Do not use them!

I didn't cash the check. I should have as much trouble as they gave me.
