Cascade took my entire balance and refuses to pay me. I know of other people that they refuse to pay as well.

If anyone has a problem please direct them to call Lenny at 1-877-924-2233 in the afternoon. We have in no way removed anyones balance and refused to pay. Pokerking please call the boss directly.

My non-US Neteller withdrawal was not settled after 3 weeks ,
and the emails are unanswered.

the email and livechat need to be improved though , customer service is almost non-existant

Just got paid via check Friday the 23rd from a request made at the end of January.....slow but they were up front about it.

Hasn't Cascade been around longer than 75% of the books theses days. I dont think there is anyone that can say "Cascade never paid me" I have read all the tabloids on Cascade over the past 5 to 6 years but they are still here, they paid in full to all, and they are -105.
